experience, Lucky Bell applies its skills and experiences in
developing personal protective helmet, branded “AEROGO”,
for bicycling, in-line skating and board skating.

than “Aerogo” helmet, we are also a professional
OEM manufacturer for SNOW, SKATE, FREESTYLE, SKI EXTREME SPORTS
helmet with wide range of different technologies and materials
which comprise of Classic EPS liner with ABS / PP / PE Hard
Shell, high density In-molded EPS liner with PC shell and
In-molded EPU liner with PVC shell, etc.
With
extensive OEM experience and strong in-house engineering capability,
we do know how to follow up projects in order to effectively
and efficiently satisfy customer's different needs. To enhance
our competitiveness, we have our own in-house tooling shop,
dust-free spray painting and silk screen printing work shops
and a large number of different production machines for helmet
accessories such as Injection Molding Machine, Compression
Molding Machine, Vacuum Forming Machine, EPU Foam Expansion
Machine, Ultra Sonic Machine, Spray Painting Conveyor, Die-Cutting
Machine, etc. To maintain the consistency of our product quality,
we produced all accessories internally under stringent quality
control.
